Ertel Publishing’s retail office is open 8 A.M. to 4 P.M. Eastern, Monday through Friday.

The retail office is closed on select holidays and may also be closed on inclement weather days.

Ertel Publishing ships the travel mugs, jewelry, hats, T-shirts and books by US Mail. Normal delivery time for US Mail is one to ten business days. Models are shipped by US Mail, normal delivery time is one to five business days.

All items are shipped from the Yellow Springs, Ohio, post office.

Ertel Publishing will replace items damaged in shipping.

Refunds will be issued by check.

Ertel Publishing accepts returns of items that are in like-new and resalable condition.

Returns are accepted for credit card purchases only.

Back issues of magazines may not be returned or exchanged unless an error has been made on Ertel Publishing’s part .

Exchanges can be made for like items only and will incur shipping charges.

Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of original purchase.
